I haven't participated in this in a while so I thought I would jump in and start back up again!  

This is one a picture of our house when we first moved in a little over a year ago.

Automotive

This was taken in the tunnel under Mobile Bay in Mobile, AL.  As you can tell I was in the passenger seat and if I remember correctly it was still daylight outside the tunnel but it was still lighted in the tunnel because it was so long.  I loved going in this tunnel both ways.  It was one of the high lights of our spring break trip in March for me.  =)  

I like the way it looks kind of like a vortex.

Raw (e) Water

I pulled this one from my archives because It has rained here in a while and all my beach pictures just where not that great for water.  It was taken on my old Kodak.  I remember taking this it had been raining for 4 days straight and we lived in this horrible house in Shawnee.  I tried hundreds of ways to capture it.  Putting paper behind it and everything.  I was about to give up and tried one last time and I caught this:

Raw (e) Shoes

Shoes

My Shoes are mine alone for I do not share them. 

I wear them when I go to school. 

I love my shoes for they are mine. 

But, I feel sad when I wear my shoes because so many do not have a pair. 

If I could give them a pair of shoes, I know that they would be happy. 

I know that they would be their shoes and theirs alone for them not to share.

I wrote the poem just sitting reflection and I have been wanting to buy a pair of TOMS and for every pair of TOMS bought another pair is given to a child that could not afford a pair.   The picture above are not TOMS.  Just thought I would share TOMS website if you feel that you would like to help out the cause.  I am no way being paid to endorse TOMS.

Raw (e) ~ Distractions

This weeks Raw(e) Theme is Distractions.  

You are suppose to post a picture of what your distraction is.

So many things distract me but mostly its pain. I can't really take a picture of it because it is inside my body and that would be a bit gruesome.  

My next distraction is this diet of mine that we recently started. It has taken away so many of the things that I love to eat and teaches you what is right for your blood type.  The diet is really a change of lifestyle in how you eat.  We started a little over a month ago and I have lost over 20lbs.  I feel a lot better except for my pains. I have become obsessed with it.  It is hard to go out to eat or eat with people. It is hard to say I can't eat this now, and they ask why and your like oh because its on my list of negatives.  I crave things and want to give in.  I am doing really well.  I am glad that I am losing weight but sometimes I wish I could just eat a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich and a big class of Diet Coke!

I love this idea of posting a raw unedited picture. This is my first time to join in.

This is Sephy's Picture here!  
She wanted to do her own picture with the crayon theme. 

Notice that its smiling?  She crushed the orange crayon and then put it in water and opened it up and this is what it came out as.  She was impressed.
