My Page is a mess

Please excuse my mess.  I am working on making it what I want it to look like.  I made my header now just need to find a way to make it all work with a 3 column background and that is where I am at a stand still.  I have to go to lunch with my hubby and pick up my kiddo from school so for right now my page is gonna look like a hot mess until I get back.

Sorry it looks so horrible.  Please don't run away.  It will be back up to looking nice and neat once I get all of it hammered out.
